Arrive in Yerevan, where you will be greeted by our local representative and transferred to your hotel. Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia, is the 12th capital in Armenia’s long history and is among the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. The city is dotted with museums, monuments, and churches that reflect its rich cultural, spiritual, and scientific heritage. With its historic charm, unique architecture, growing urban infrastructure, and the warm hospitality of the Armenian people, Yerevan continues to attract travelers from across the globe, solidifying its place as one of the most sought-after tourist destinations. After breakfast, begin your day with a Yerevan City Tour, covering some of the capital’s most iconic landmarks including Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Opera House, Cascade, and the Mother Armenia Monument. Republic Square – the main town square of Yerevan, designed with two sections: an oval roundabout and a trapezoid-shaped area featuring a beautiful pool with musical fountains. Northern Avenue – a modern pedestrian street in the Kentron District, inaugurated in 2007, connecting Abovyan Street with Freedom Square. It is lined with shops, cafés, and lively spots for strolling. Opera House – the Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, named after Alexander Spendiaryan, officially opened on January 20, 1933, and remains one of the city’s cultural treasures. Cascade Complex – a monumental limestone stairway that not only offers panoramic views of the city but also houses the Cafesjian Art Gallery. Mother Armenia Monument – a towering statue symbolizing peace through strength, representing the nation’s resilience and spirit.

After breakfast at the hotel, set out to discover the remarkable Geghard Monastery (12th–13th century), a unique cave temple whose name translates as “Holy Spear,” commemorating the very spear that pierced the body of Christ, now preserved in the Etchmiadzin Cathedral museum. On the way, enjoy a short photo stop at the Charents Arch, offering stunning panoramic views. Continue to Garni to see Armenia’s only standing pagan temple, dedicated to the Sun God Mithra, built in 77 AD by King Trdat.Overnight stay in Yerevan.

After breakfast at the hotel, head towards Tsaghkadzor, known as the “gorge of flowers,” a charming town surrounded by lush green mountains. Take a short walking tour to soak in the town’s serene atmosphere. You will also have the chance to ride the ropeway up to Teghenis Mountain, where breathtaking panoramic views unfold before your eyes. In winter, Tsaghkadzor transforms into a famous ski resort, while in summer it offers a refreshing escape into nature. Visit the historic Kecharis Monastery before continuing your journey to Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world.
