Itinerary

Upon your arrival in Tbilisi, you will be greeted by our local representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Georgia’s age-old and lively capital, Tbilisi, lies on both sides of the Mtkvari River, encircled by mountains from three directions. The city’s name comes from the ancient Georgian word “Tbilisi”, which translates to “warm”. Archaeological evidence suggests that the area has been inhabited as far back as the 4th millennium BC. After checking into your hotel in Tbilisi, the rest of your day is at leisure. Enjoy an overnight stay in Tbilisi.

Breakfast at the HotelAfter enjoying breakfast at your hotel, we begin our day with a drive to the heart of Old Tbilisi. Our walking tour will commence from Europe Square, taking you through the highlights of Georgia’s historic capital. Key stops include the Metekhi Church, followed by a cable car ride leading up to the Narikala Fortress. From there, we visit the iconic Mother of Kartli statue and continue on foot down to the traditional Abano District. The walk concludes with a visit to the scenic Legvtakhevi Waterfall, where you'll have some free time for photography. Later in the day, we head to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia. Here, you will explore two significant religious landmarks — the hilltop Jvari Monastery and the majestic Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, both rich in history and spirituality. As we return to Tbilisi in the evening, our final stop will be Mtatsminda Amusement Park, the highest point in the city. From this elevated viewpoint, you can enjoy panoramic views of Tbilisi. You'll have free time to stroll, relax, or simply take in the scenery. Afterward, we descend via tram and return to our vehicle for a drop-off at the hotel. The rest of the evening is at your leisure. Overnight stay in Tbilisi

From there, we proceed to Kazbegi (Stepantsminda). Upon arrival, we switch to a 4x4 vehicle for an adventurous ride up to the breathtaking Gergeti Trinity Church, set against the dramatic backdrop of Mount Kazbeg. We will also visit the peaceful Bodbe Monastery, an important spiritual site surrounded by nature. Our journey continues to Telavi, the administrative center of the Kakheti region.
